FAQs
Do you ship within the UK?
Yes! All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. You’ll be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout. Express orders will be prioritised.
Do you ship to the US?
Yes! I ship to the US using fully insured, tracked delivery. All US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — this means all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are included in the price. You won’t have to pay anything extra when your jewellery arrives — just wait for your parcel to land safely at your door 💌
Do you ship internationally?
Not fully yet - but I plan to expand very soon! Keep an eye on my social media or sign up for my newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available. The countries I currently ship to are the UK & USA.
What if I provided the wrong shipping address?
Please get in touch as soon as possible if you’ve entered the wrong address. Once an order has been dispatched, I can’t make any changes and unfortunately can’t be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
My item arrived faulty — what should I do?
On the rare occasion your item arrives faulty, please email kaylamadejewellery@gmail.com within 5 days of your delivery date with your order details and photos so I can help resolve it quickly🩵
Can I return a made-to-order item?
Made-to-order pieces are crafted specifically for you — including your chosen size, gemstone, and design — so I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Can I return a one-of-a-kind piece?
Yes, one-of-a-kind pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re in their original condition and packaging.
How do I find my ring size?
I recommend visiting a local jeweller to have your finger measured accurately. Remember, finger size can fluctuate depending on the temperature (your fingers are slightly smaller when cold and larger when warm).
I use UK letter sizing, which can easily be converted if you’re familiar with US or EU sizes. You can find a Size Chart on all of my products!
