About Me

I’m Kayla - a self-taught jeweller from a small seaside town in North Devon. I fell down a silversmithing TikTok hole one day and somehow turned it into reality.

My preferred method of making is sand casting, an ancient jewellery-making technique dating back over 3,000 years. Each piece begins as a wax model, pressed into sand to form a mould. When molten metal is poured in, the sand leaves behind its own unique pattern - a natural texture that can never be repeated.

I never went down the traditional route of university or settling down - instead, I spent months travelling the world with my closest people, collecting rings, where I could, from the places I visited. Now I make my own, and I want each piece to hold meaning for others, just like my jewellery does for me.

Every ring I make is cast by hand using 100% recycled metals, designed to be worn daily - I NEVER take mine off!
